The new pump system for pumping oil in your car? Problems?

I have spoken with a number of people about the new pumping system used by mechanics for pumping oil into cars.

For instance, if you are getting an oil change, the mechanic will simply pump the oil back into your engine. No bottles of oil seen poured into the engine.

There are many who claim that they have had bad experiences with this new technique.

For example: Some say the car runs perfectly fine. The oil is changed and then begins to leak. Rear Main Seals, Gaskets, etc...

How about you? Can you tell a difference? The new pump system for pumping oil in your car? Problems?
I;m old fashioned and change my own as I always have. The pumping itself has no bearing on the issue. The reason the use a pump is that they buy oil by the bulk rate in 55 gallon drums. The only way they can get it from the drum to your car is with a pump. The only problem I have with that is you don't really what oil brand or weight they are using. The new pump system for pumping oil in your car? Problems?
This is not a %26quot;new %26quot; system, it has been around for 50 + years. A lot of shops buy bulk oil and have it in storage tanks. Dealerships have also been using this method for many years. It cuts down on the waste created from the plastic jugs. The technician is not just pumping the old oil back in. Show me a link or site where all these %26quot; so called %26quot; people have had negative results , and you will find that most of these vehicles had this problem before and owners are just looking for someone to blame. If you don`t trust the shop , then do your own oil changesThe new pump system for pumping oil in your car? Problems?
the way the oil is filled has nothing to do with the car leaking nor can it cause it to leak, the new fill system is taking the oil from a 30 gallon drum insted of a plastic bottle, its time efficient and better for the environment. trust me i worked at jiffy lube for years.
