If you really are getting near o psi at a hot idle, you either have a bad oil pressure sensor or are going to be in trouble. The engine is getting a little worn out. How many miles? Oil pressure should be near 20 at least at idle. Low oil pressure will wear out the crank and cam bearings fairly quickly. Hopefully all it is is a bad sensor or gauge. I would hook up a mechanical oil pressure gauge and verify the correct pressure readings to find out if the problem is external or inside the engine.
