If the oil light comes on, check your oil level. If the level is ok, check the oil level sensor (probably on the side of the oil pan you will see a connector). If you disconnect this, check if the light goes out, if not then run a jumper wire between the two terminals of the connector (harness side, not the sensor). Check to see if the light is out. If not, then do the same with the oil pressure switch (probably has one wire, ground it out on the chassis and see if the light goes out).
